Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and strict regulatory requirements, we are unable to accept returns on opened cannabis products, including flower, edibles, concentrates, and other consumables, for safety and compliance reasons. However, we do accept returns for the following situations:

Products that are damaged or defective upon delivery or pickup.

Orders that were incorrect due to a store error.

Expired products received within their useable date.
To be eligible for a return, customers must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase and notify THC Paradise within 48 hours of receiving the product. Products returned without proof of purchase or outside the specified timeframe may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. THC Paradise is not responsible for delays caused by external financial institutions.
In cases where the original payment method is not available or feasible, store credit may be offered at the discretion of management. Store credit can be applied toward future purchases at THC Paradise and does not expire, unless otherwise noted in special promotions.
How to Request a Refund or Return
To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact our customer service team via phone or email. Provide the following information:

Exchanges and Replacements
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, THC Paradise will provide an exchange for the same product or a comparable alternative if the original item is unavailable. Exchanges must be completed within the same timeframe as refunds, and items must be returned in their original packaging when possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, health, and regulatory reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items purchased during special promotions, discounts, or clearance sales, unless defective or damaged
Shipping and Handling
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where THC Paradise has made an error in fulfilling your order. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
